Every product page has a size chart and tells you which size our models wear and how tall they are. Between two sizes or not sure? Email us at hello@lotusdivision.com and we will help you choose.

Yes, they have a unisex fit. The Off-Ride Cotton Tee fits true to size. The oversized longsleeves follow men's sizing, so for a more regular fit we recommend women size down.

We ship from Brussels to Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain and Portugal.

In Belgium, delivery costs €6.50 with bpost or €7.50 with GLS. In Brussels we deliver by bike for free. Shipping to other EU countries costs €15. You always see the exact cost at checkout. More information in our shipping policy.

Yes, within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at hello@lotusdivision.com with your order number, the item and the reason before you send anything back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Full details in our refund policy.

We can provide a return label; its cost is deducted from your refund. You can also send the parcel back yourself with a tracked service.

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, a photo. If the item is confirmed to be incorrect, damaged or defective, we cover the return and replacement costs.

Our cycling kit is made in Europe from recycled Italian performance fabrics. Our tees and longsleeves are made from cotton, and the longsleeves from organic cotton made in Portugal.

Our cargo bib shorts have a dual-density pad that gives balanced support on road, gravel and MTB rides, plus two side cargo pockets for your essentials.
